Applications

With the coaxial probe ELT, it is possible for the smallest process connections, to realize twoconductive switching points. Two rods are fitted into each other.

This makes it possible, for example DN25 milk from a tube connection (DIN 11851), and includingthe vessel wall as a mass to set two set points.

The evaluation is carried out in connection with the evaluation units, eg SRA-100-U0.

The main areas of application are control and level limit detection in conductive liquids, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where high hygiene requirements are made, and onlysmall process connections are available.

The ground connection is made in the probe head and is transferred through the threads on theconductive container.

Process connections, various hygienic connections are available, seal the gaps and fronbündig.

In the probe head, an additional module (diode module LBM) for permanent circuit monitoring to be installed.

In the case of a line break between the electrode probe and an appropriate evaluation, theevaluation issue an alert.
